We at Sweet's Heating & Air Conditioning know that the most important investment you will make in your lifetime is your home.  We also know that you will do whatever it takes to protect that investment. Over the past 38 years we have found it to be vitally important for homeowners to have regularly scheduled maintenance on their HVAC equipment.  Preventative maintenance helps to identify and repair any problems that will lead to costly breakdowns in the future.  This is a very cost effective way to manage your budget as well and to ensure that you are comfortable during each season.  An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

GOLD PLAN
With your Gold Plan you receive Two bi-annual visits a year; performed once in the spring and once in the fall.

Check and clean evaporator coil Check and clean condenser coil Check and clean drain line Check all temperatures and pressures by method of sub-cool and super heat Check blower fan blades for tightness Check calibration of thermostat Realign all bent coil fins as needed Inspect reversing valve Inspect all motors and pulleys Inspect for any corrosion

Change oil filter Analyze voltage differences Analyze all temperature differences Analyze amperage draw Test all safety controls Test all resistance heat Test all capacitors and relays Test metering device Test defrost cycle Tighten and inspect all electrical connections Lubricate fan motors if needed Inspect air handler blower

SILVER PLAN
With your Silver Plan you receive One annual visit a year; performed either in the spring or the fall.

Check all temperatures and pressures by method of sub-cool and super heat Check evaporator coil Check condenser coil Check drain line Check blower fan blades for tightness Check calibration of thermostat Check oil filter Check nozzle Inspect reversing valve Inspect all motors and pulleys Inspect air handler blower
